Required details to register for and access our services on the Platforms, such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, mobile number, IP address, Skype/Hangouts/Zoom ID, etc., and password. All these fields are mandatory—without them, we will be unable to provide our services or allow you to register for a user account in our webpages and platforms.

 

2.1.2. A profile photo;

 

2.1.3. Your postal address;

 

2.1.4. Information regarding your academic or professional qualifications;

 

2.1.5. Your mini-portfolio;

 

2.1.6. Records of any communication between you and Superprof;

 

2.1.7. Logs of any requests or advertisements you’ve made or posted via any of our webpages and platforms;

 

2.1.8. Details related to financial or accounting transactions made through our features and platforms. This may include your payment card or bank details and information on lessons offered or purchased;

 

2.1.9. Data about your visits to our webpages and platforms and the resources you access;

 

2.1.10. Responses to surveys or questionnaires, including reviews you submit about lessons taken with other members. We may use this information for analytics and to better understand our users;

 

2.1.11. Any details you provide when reporting an issue with our services or all our webpages and platforms, such as the nature of your support request;

 

2.1.12. Location data, if you’ve given us consent to collect and use it;

 

2.1.13. Any certificates or additional documents you’ve agreed to share with us.

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

2.2.1. If you sign up using a social media login, NZ Class Online may access certain Personal Data from your social media account—such as your first and last name, profile picture, email address, and number of Facebook friends—in line with the terms and conditions of the respective social media platform. We may also collect Personal Data when you engage with social media features on our site, such as the “Like” button.

 

2.2.2. Each time you visit our webpages and platforms, we may automatically collect information about the devices and networks you use, in compliance with applicable laws and with your consent where required. This may include your IP address, login details, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform, advertising ID, and usage data such as: your navigation path (URL clickstream) through our site, products you viewed or searched for, any download errors, time spent on pages, interactions on those pages, and phone numbers used to contact our support team. 2.2.3. We also gather aggregated data about your activity on the webpages and platform—such as the number of lessons you offer and your message response rate. This information may be displayed on your public profile.

2.3. Data Retention

3.1 We use the Personal Information we collect about you for our business functions and activities, in order to operate our business efficiently, and to market our products and services for the benefit of our customers.

c. to match and allocate a student and a tutor

d. to develop a personalised tutoring program, learning plan and session for a student

e. to assess and track a student's progress

f. to provide a student with individual feedback following a tutoring session

g. to provide a student with access to a tutoring session recording

h. to otherwise assist customers by providing them with information and support

i. to collect and process payments to help us

j. to manage and enhance products or services we provide to you

k. to help us to manage and enhance goods and services we procure from our suppliers and subcontractors

l. to help us manage and respond to a general or specific shareholder enquiry

m. to process share applications and service shareholders' needs

n. to provide facilities and services a shareholder may request

o. to carry out appropriate administration in relation to our shareholders and our share registry, including to submit listing applications to, or respond to enquiries from, corporate regulators

4.1 NZ Class Online may share or grant access to your personal information with third parties for the purposes outlined in Section 3. Depending on your relationship with us and the context, we may disclose your information to affiliated entities, third-party service providers who work with or through us, or other parties such as referees listed in job applications.
